CREDENTIAL REPORTS

Clergy & Department of Women Reports

• Each Credential Holder should submit their full report, both Jurisdictional and National, to the SW3 Finance Team online via this link: Credential Reports by Saturday, March 2, 2024.

• Credential Report submission includes making payment via credit or debit card and completing a summary of contact information including name, title, current address, current email, church, and pastor.

• National Credential Holder Reports sent to the national church via your COGIC ARC account for your Credential Identification Card.

Please note that failure to submit your National Report before or during the Minister’s and Worker’s Spring Conference will prevent you from both receiving a current Credential Holder’s Identification Card and going to General Assembly during the International Holy Convocation.
